Terms & Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the design services provided by Key2Interior (‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’). By engaging with our services, you (‘Client’) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
- We offer exclusive design services, including 3D renders, mood boards, and floor plans. These services do not include design consultations, which must be purchased separately as an add-on. Our services are design-only, and we are not responsible for the physical execution or installation of the designs.
- We provide customized interior design services based on the Client’s preferences and information. The scope of work will be agreed upon after the initial consultation (if purchased). We recommend execution partners, but the final decision rests solely with the Client. We are not responsible for the execution, construction, or installation of the designs, and the Client cannot take legal action or file complaints against us regarding execution-related issues.
- All designs remain our property until full payment is received. Upon receiving full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for their personal project. Clients are prohibited from selling, modifying, or distributing our designs without prior written permission.
- We are not involved in the physical execution of the design. Any issues or defects arising from the implementation of the design by third-party contractors are solely the Client’s responsibility. The Client acknowledges that any legal disputes regarding execution must be addressed with the contractor, not with us.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to start the design process. The remaining balance must be paid before the final design deliverables are handed over. If payment is delayed, a 12% late fee per month will apply to any outstanding balances.
- Our design package includes 2 to 3 rounds of revisions. No additional revisions will be provided beyond this. Any significant alterations outside the initial scope of work may require a new agreement.
- We will provide a timeline for design completion at the start of the project. This timeline may be affected by the Client’s responsiveness or changes in scope. Any delays caused by the Client may result in extended delivery times.
- The Client may cancel the project at any time, but the deposit is non-refundable. All work completed up to the point of cancellation remains the property of the Company until full payment is made. We reserve the right to terminate the project if the Client fails to meet payment deadlines or violates these Terms. In such cases, any outstanding work will remain our property until payment is made.
- The accuracy of the design depends on the information provided by the Client. We are not liable for any errors resulting from inaccurate measurements or information supplied by the Client. We are not responsible for any issues arising during the execution of the design by third-party contractors. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the design services.
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project details and proprietary information. We will not share the Client’s personal or project information with third parties without consent, except as required for the completion of the design.
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh/India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Noida/Uttar Pradesh.
- These Terms represent the entire agreement between the Company and the Client. Any amendments or changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
